Gas Engineer



Our client is one of the country's leading players in the field of Technical Facilities Services, Energy Management and Lighting Management



They currently have a position for a resident gas engineer to be based on their site in Blackpool



Purpose:

To provide specialist combustion engineering delivery as directed by the local supervisory management team. To support planned preventative maintenance, reactive repair and / or project works as required whilst ensuring compliance with all health & safety and industry standards and best practice.



Key Accountabilities:

Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental policies

Support the effectively delivery of PPM and reactive works

Uphold their personal training needs specifically for their specific role with the support of the company.

Ensure company compliance with statutory regulations



Candidates will ideally come from a building maintenance background and hold the relevant ACS Commercial Qualifications

Experienced in light & heavy industrial gas and/ or oil fired boilers; along with all associated plant. Gas fired AHU’s and catering equipment would also be desirable
