THE ROLE



A very exciting opportunity to join a small but very friendly and enthusiastic team, you will be taking on a very “hands on” consultants role. You will be building up a new desk, therefore business development will be a key priority. You will also be dealing with candidates on a daily basis, interviewing etc. You need to thrive on working in a fast paced recruitment environment as you will be working to targets and KPI’s. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Stable history of being a Recruitment Consultant, ideally a minimum of 12 months “hands on” experience

• Experience in the Commercial Recruitment Sector preferred, however other recruitment sectors will also be considered.

• An excellent Sales ability with the drive and motivation to win new business

• Confident and ambitious with a win win attitude
