Reporting to the Technology Leader, the Product Development Project Manager will lead and drive the delivery of complex strategic technology and product development projects.



The successful candidate will possess a balance of technical and customer facing skills. Ideally, they will have a demonstrated record of the following attributes: strong understanding of the commercial application of technology; history of leading technical projects; be versatile and able to grasp complex technical areas and become expert in them; capable of understanding and filtering important technical aspects towards business decisions; can manage multiple development projects and deliver to deadlines with pace; be a self starter able to take initiative. Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills will be required to complement sound organizational and project management ability. Experience of exposure to (bio)materials in medical devices, pharmaceutical or other regulated biotechnology applications and/or specific knowledge of cell biology, tissue engineering, osseoconductive materials would be advantageous.
